Rapid City is located on the edge of the Back Hills National Forest, a Ponderosa Pine producing region. FPD has developed markets for most of the products that are produced from this forest. Our yard in Rapid City holds inventories of 1X4 thru 1X12 C Select thru #5 Common and 2X4 thru 2X12 #2&Btr thru Econ Dimension. Our remanufacturing facility allows us to repackage, chop, rip, resaw, prime, mould or treat per customer request.  Our markets for Ponderosa Pine have increased so much that we have developed supply sources from all other producing areas in the US. We believe that we are one of the largest Ponderosa Pine distributors in the U.S.
