Our Cutting Boards are made from kiln-dried northern hardwoods and are treated with natural mineral oil. Wood types include bamboo, rubber wood as well the most common, birch. All cutting boards can be customized but are typically 3/4” to 2” thick and are built with food grade glue and are water resistant. Edge grain, face grain and end grain styles are available.
