Solid wood drawer parts are no stranger to us, but we have since taken on the challenge to provide customers with the dovetailed option in two standard thicknesses 5/8” and 11/16”. Other thicknesses available based on demand.

Our Drawer Box components are kiln-dried solid birch with a UV finish for better durability and long lasting quality. Standard thicknesses include 1/2, 5/8” and 11/16”. All drawer components are machined to specification with the option of A, B, or C grade. Plywood is available on request with or without edge band.

Wall Supports are generally affixed to the inside of the back of the cabinet box in each corner for adjustable shelving on corner cabinets.

Corner Blocks & Gussets are used to stabilize and square the internal structure of the cabinet in order to provide a solid reliable cabinet. Corner blocks and gussets are normally generated from residual products.

Face frames are one of the primary structures in a cabinet. Our ability to offer them in oak, maple, birch and other solid woods help complete any cabinet. We offer these important components as blanks, machined to specification or assembled. Various assembly methods are used.

Attract distributors with solid wood stair treads, balusters and other stair parts. Stair treads are available in bamboo, birch, oak and pine. Balusters are available in poplar, birch and red oak. All stair components can be made primed or unprimed.
